In 2013 I participated in a entrepreneur program at TU Berlin. My team developed a digital student advice platform. Our final pitch received the "Best Presentation Award" by attending students, professors and investors. The business plan was graded top of class.
Venture Campus is a three-month entrepreneurship training at the TU Berlin’s (one of Germany’s entrepreneurship excellence centers). It trains participants to build their own business.
My team developed "Youniversity" - a digital advice platform, connecting bachelor students and master programs. Studies show: ill-informed students are more likely to dropout. Goal was to offer an alternative for students to find the right program. A portal that present studies in a nice, up to date way and offers comparability.
The technology was a marketplace for universities and pupils/students. Universities present themselves and their offers in a nice, standardised manner. Pupils then could “shop” programs that are interesting for them.
